Indonesia is famous with viruses. For a year we have disturbed by many of viruses issue. May some of them have infected and made your computer to be phranked. So ironic, isn’t it?
Many of factors related about all of these. Virus tutorial in books, article on the net and tools of course. This is one of them, called VB+ViMaker. A tool created with Visual Basic to generate your own virus.
